Yellow warning issued as strong winds set to hit Preston on Tuesday

Yellow weather warning for wind on Tuesday January 14

A yellow weather warning is in place for Tuesday as strong wind is expected to hit the region.

The Met Office has warned there could be disruption to travel and other services.

Advice on what to do during a storm can be found at MetOffice.gov.uk.

It includes tips such as securing garden furniture and parking vehicles away from trees which could fall.
