Evil Blizzard headlining Preston Guild Hall

The Guild Hall is preparing to stage one of its loudest shows to date as Evil Blizzard play their only 2019 show in April.

The Preston based band will headline the six-band all-dayer dedicated to alternative rock, punk and hardcore.

Also on the line up are Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs; Membranes; Strangebones; PartChimp and Fighting.

And with only 200 tickets left for the event, promoters Live Venue and Promotions hope to make the all-dayer an annual event.

A spokesman said: “Evil Blizzard have been featured in The Guardian and Kerrang, and their stylish punk almost borders on art rock in the way they play.

“Imagine punk, but then throw in a slice of psychedelia, and you will
almost understand Evil Blizzard.”

Evil Blizzard released their debut album in 2014, and have been going from strength to strength ever since. Relentless sonic grooves, weirdness, intricate lyrics, and unique face masks captivate any crowd.

With over five hours of incredible, high-energy music, this huge event will take place on Saturday 13th April in Preston Guild Hall’s Grand Hall, and represents the best bands of underground punk to take to the stage.
