Police are looking for a violent criminal who has absconded from HMP Kirkham.
Wesley Seddon, 30, was jailed in 2017 for possession of a firearm with intent in 2017 and had been returned to prison after breaching the terms of his life licence.
The prisoner, who is originally from Paley Close, Liverpool, left the prison yesterday and has not been seen since.
He is white, 5ft 10in to 5ft 11ins tall, stocky build, with light brown hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his arms and speaks with a Liverpool accent.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “Have you seen Wesley Seddon? We want to find him after he absconded from HMP Kirkham.
“We would urge anyone who has seen him to come forward.”
Seddon has links to Lancashire and Merseyside.
