Car and taxi in Blackpool Road crash

Delays for those out for a Sunday drive were building in Blackpool Road due to a crash.

A car and a taxi were involved in the crash at the junction with Ribbleton Avenue.

The crash took place around 12.20pm and Preston Police were in attendance.

No one is thought to be hurt in the collision.

Both vehicles have been recovered and traffic is due to be moving freely from 1.10pm onwards on Sunday (11 November).
