Artist impression of the Eastway development
Detailed proposals for a new mini retail park in Fulwood have been lodged.
Land opposite the Broughton printers site off Eastway and Oliver’s Place has been earmarked for development for a number of years.
Aldi is understood to be anchoring the site alongside a health and fitness club and another store.
The 7,000 square metre site received planning permission in 2016.
Now planning agents Cassidy + Ashton have lodged the reserved matters planning application which includes details on the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of the development.

A number of small retail kiosks are also part of the plan with a drive-through coffee retailer potentially coming to the site.
The full plans can be seen on the Preston City Council website.
