Drive-in festive cinema coming to Fulwood

Festive cinema classics are being shown in Preston at a drive-in cinema.

Preston Grasshoppers is being converted into the American-style outdoor cinema for two evenings.

On Lightfoot Lane, Fulwood, there’s six showings of Santa Clause, Home Alone, Batman Returns, Bad Santa and the Nightmare Before Christmas at the Hoppers ground.

Tickets are £22.50 per car for the showings at the rugby club.

Here’s what films are on and when:

Thursday 7 December – 5.15pm – Bad Santa
Thursday 7 December – 7.30pm – The Nightmare Before Christmas
Thursday 7 December – 9.30pm – Home Alone
Friday 8 December – 5.15pm – Santa Clause
Friday 8 December – 7.30pm – Home Alone
Friday 8 December – 9.30pm – Batman Returns

Tickets are available via the Preston Drive-In Cinema website.

It follows a drive-in cinema earlier this year at Deepdale Shopping Park, which was marred after the screen was damaged by vandals.
