Business workshops out at Junction 31A of the M6 look set to expand.
AdvertisementRibble Court, the first stage of a new business park, has seen high occupancy rates according to its developers.
Now Tustin Developments says it is going to expand its Red Scar-based business park.
Completed in May the 23,500 square foot development has 13 firms moved in.
Commercial property manager at Tustin Developments Richard Hargreaves said: “Our decision to proceed with the speculative development of Ribble Court is proving to be successful and we are delighted with the take up rate of units.
“Red Scar continues to be a vibrant employment area, attracting new businesses due to the competitive rents, quality of units and the strategic position of the site, offering easy access to the motorway network. As the popularity of the development shows no sign of abating, we have decided to press forward on the further development of phase two and hope to start on site in early spring.”
