A new exercise studio will be opening its doors in Fulwood on 2 September.

Everybody Fit has announced their own personal training and exercise studio based at the rear of Derby House, in Lytham Road.

The purpose built studio will provide over 30 small group personal training sessions per week.

The sessions will be led by qualified Personal Trainers, and there will be no more than 15 clients per session.

The studio will be opened by the Mayor of Preston on 2 September, in which you can attend from 10am-1pm and try taster sessions.

The taster classes will be happening every hour, at 20 past the hour, and there will be refreshments and Personal Trainers on hand to give advice and guidance to anyone wanting information about membership or training.

Cheryl Hughes, Founder of Everybody Fit, said: “My fitness journey was the reason I started Everybody Fit.

“I was the overweight person that stood at the back of a class, a person that didn’t feel welcome or that they belonged, the person that people would stare at – If I felt this way then surely others must.

“So after a fitness regime, a wakeup call and losing eight stone I started Everybody Fit.

“This was three years ago and throughout the three years I have built the business up delivering classes in the local community.

“I started in small community halls eventually moving to Queens Drive Primary school where I have been based for the past three years.”

“The drive and vision behind Everybody Fit is to make fitness fun, enjoyable and inclusive for all with the aim of empowering every individual to lead a healthier lifestyle.

“Regardless of age, ability, size or shape, the sessions are delivered to make clients feel like they belong.”

The Personal Trainers will provide challenging sessions to help clients achieve their goals, and one to one personal training is also available.

The sessions will be timetabled for mornings and evenings, and Everybody Fit constantly review the timetable to keep its delivery fresh and exciting.
