Preston’s newest burger bar opened its doors to the public for the first time yesterday (June 19).
We Don’t Give A Fork has opened at 20 Guildhall Street, in Preston city centre, in the building formerly occupied by cocktail bar Latch.
The eatery has a stripped back menu and sells burgers and beers.
Produce will be sourced locally wherever possible and the menu has the option of creating your own burger if the options aren’t what you’re looking for.
The vegan option, called Do You Do Vegan?, comprises chickpea and sweetcorn while there is a large burger on the menu called The Dirty Bastard that has both a chicken and a beef burger as well as Fiddler’s Lancashire crisps.

Mark O’Rourke, who is opening the new eatery, said: “I noticed a gap in the market for a fresh burger restaurant that is simplistic, budget friendly and has emphasis on using the best local produce available.
“We will be the place to go when you just crave a burger with fries and beer in an relaxed atmosphere.”
We will be carrying out a taste test later in the week.
You can get 25% off food at We Don’t Give A Fork until July 3.
