A team of twelve will be sitting on every seat in Deepdale in one day to raise money for charity.

Ian Bamber and his volunteers have already raised over £1000 with the event taking place on Tuesday, April 25 to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

They will be sitting on a total of 23,404 seats during the day.

Ian said on the JustGiving page: “The reason we are doing it for Macmillan is that they are looking after my mum, my younger sister and a friends mother who all have cancer so it means a lot to us.

“It would be fantastic if people could sponsor us.

“I would also like to thank Preston North End FC and the community department for all their help in setting this up.”
