Cannabis plants in the house in Callon
Nearly 100 cannabis plants have been recovered from a house in Callon.
Preston Police raided the two-storey house to find the entire property had been turned over to drugs production.
Those living in the house slept ‘on top of a door balanced on wooden beams in a Harry Potter-style cupboard with a mattress placed on top.’
Every other square inch of floor space was used to cultivate the plants, discovered during Friday (30 December).

PC Brown said: “The number of lamps required led to a very dangerous electrical set up.
“97 live plants were seized along with six bags of leaves.
“Regardless of your personal views, as it currently stands, it is against the law to cultivate, distribute or be in possession of cannabis in the UK.”
The cannabis plants were on both floors of the house
