Following the success of the Feast for Peace event which was held in Preston’s Flag Market during July of this year, Tom Wolfenden of Weird Wolf Media created and edited a film to bring awareness of this great event to everyone.

When we asked Tom what inspired him to make this short film he said: “I have been personally appalled and saddened by the rise in racism and hate crimes following the referendum results. So when Kay Johnson got in touch a few weeks before the event and explained what they planned to do, I was more than happy to volunteer my skills to help document such a positive response. It was really heartwarming on the day to see how successful it was and how people came out to support it; I’m thrilled by the great reaction to the film.
