Inside the renovated Roper Hall
Roper Hall has now reopened after an extensive £400,000 refit.
The pub, a mainstay of Preston’s student night life, has been closed for much of January to allow for significant changes but relaunched on Friday evening.
We got inside the three rooms to take pictures so you know what you can expect.

The main room retains many of the things you will be familiar with but the lighting and walls have been changed to give it a much more modern feel.
Upstairs, the club room area has now been split into two.
If you head left, you’ll get the games room with live sport, pool table, air hockey and several arcade games.

On the right is the Dark Room, which will continue to host live music and host events such as Transmission and Infusion as it has done before.
The pub is also expected to have a focus on craft beer moving forward.

Roper Hall, like fellow Preston pub The Adelphi, is part of the Stonegate Pub Company.
