On Friday 26 June 2015 the annual end of year festival, ‘Rock the Colosseum’, was hosted by the Music Hub of Preston’s college from 10am until 4pm. The event was an absolute success with exceptional performances from music students levels 2 and level 3, years 1 & 2.
AdvertisementThe class of 2015 including student bands from Drawing Lines, Heisenberg Project, Ink Wire and Amused who have now graduated from their final year and to mark the occasion performed some outstanding sets for their musical peers, fellow students and staff.
All the bands were extremely well received, even the staff band ‘Charlie’, which was made up of music tutors Dan Clarke, Mark Barlow and Art Tutor John Watkins, joined in the end of year festivities.
It would be more than fair to say that the festival was probably the best yet and very well organised and everyone will now be looking forward to the next production.
