It’s Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Day to you and me. A day in March, before Ash Wednesday leading to the first day of Lent.


To celebrate Preston Indoor Market featured a pancake stall. Lovely, freshly made pancakes with toppings of your choice given away for free (donations gratefully accepted).
