The lancashire Evening Post reported that Todd’s microchip details had been deleted from Fylde Council’s database. the lost dog had been microchipped 9 years ago but records are only kept for 7 years and Todd’s owners had lost the paperwork. This is very unfortuante because if an animal shelter had found the dog a scan would not show up on the database and the animal will therefore be put up for re-homing 7 days later.

Please let us know if you have news about Todd
