Emerging like a phoenix from the shell of the old Steakhouse restaurant on Cannon Street is a brand new place to eat.

The Cow Bar & Grill takes its place amongst the quirky little eateries on the delightful little road just off the central strip in the city   It is great to see new businesses entering the Preston foodie scene  especially when others, such as the established Voi cafe bar in Miller Arcade sadly close their doors.
