Drugs raids in Deepdale result in three arrests

Three men have been arrested after police raided four homes in Deepdale and Plungington yesterday morning.

Officers stormed the houses on St Paul’s Road, Dove Street and Blundell Road and seized a substantial amount of cocaine and cash from the properties.

Det Insp Keith Lee from Preston Police said: “We will not tolerate illegal drugs in Preston and will do everything within our power to take action.

“All intelligence relating to drugs is acted upon and I would urge residents to work with us and tell us about any suspicious activity in their neighbourhood.”

All three men, aged 30, 29 and 26 are being questioned by police.
