Role: Housekeeping Assistant at Walker & Williams hotels – closing date is ongoing

Our apart hotels are relatively small, allowing us to provide a more personal and tailored experience.

The Venue:
Located in the famous and upmarket Winckley Square, Winckley Square Hotel promises elegant and trendsetting city accommodation. The Hotel has 14 themed apartments featured with stylish interiors, a glamorous restaurant and a bespoke, anticipatory service for our guests!

The Position
The duties will include the housekeeper to continuously deliver a high standard clean for every guest. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in cleaning hotel rooms or apartments. Responsibilities include:

To ensure cleans are kept to a high standard
To carry out general cleaning activities at the property, to ensure the area is kept neat, clean and tidy
To ensure all appliances work and report or fix defective appliances where appropriate
To ensure that all issues are correctly reported to the general manager.

Requirements
The role of Housekeeper requires a very welcoming and cheery personality and ability to work well as part of a team and communicate with all departments in this luxury new apart hotel. The ideal candidate for this Housekeeper position must also have very high cleaning standards, be quick and efficient in the role and have very good communication skills and like working with the guests.

Bonus performance scheme available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £8.50 /hour
