Preston Tuition Centre has been operating in our City for more than 20 years.

Join us on Tuesday 27th August anytime from 4.30 to 6.30pm for Preston Tuition Centre's Open Evening to see our centre and meet some of our tuition team. You will get the chance to have a proper look around and ask any questions you may have about tuition generally and our services.

Some parents are unsure where or whether to send their children for tuition; we have gathered a team of tutors which include Head of Departments so you know they will be in the best hands possible, getting the attention that is often difficult to receive in a school environment.  

A visit to our Open Evening entitles you to a free assessment for your child and also an extra free session! Refreshments will also be on offer.  If you are unable to come along to the event but would like to beat the rush and book in for your free assessment, please contact prestontuitioncentre@gmail.com as soon as possible, highlighting your preference for which of the subjects that you are interested in your child attending.
Assessments last for an hour; with subject-specific assessments/tasks followed by a chat and feedback with the tutor and/or Danny; so that you are aware of where your child excels or requires more confidence.

A little about us...

• Secondary education: Maths, English, Science 7-11
• Primary education: Primary Specialists covers Years 2-6, from phonics to SATs
• A Level education: The centre can often accommodate Science sessions in-centre
• 11+ Exams: We assist with grammar school exam preparation
• Exam preparation: We know students can struggle with exams so we train them to enter confidently
• Individually tailored: All sessions are tailored to the individual. There is no set scheme of work.
• Online Subjects: History, RS, French, Spanish, Business Studies, Computer Science.
• Friendly Atmosphere: All of our tutors are those teachers at school that you are happy to have teaching your children. That, mixed with our friendly and relaxed approach, brings the very best out of all of our students.
• DBS Checked: All tutors have completed a Disclosure and Barring Service check, for your peace of mind.
• Fully Qualified Teachers: All tutors are fully qualified teachers and have extensive experience in the teaching/tutoring of a wide range of ages and abilities.
• Individually Tailored: All sessions are tailored to the individual. Our tutors create a learning plan for your child that will help them with their own weak areas and progress towards, and beyond, their own targets.
