Silly Billy’s weekly diary: Week 5

Preston Guild Hall

The Guild Hall was the city’s premiere entertainment venue and was built in the early 1970s. It was sold off to the late businessman Simon Rigby and then went bust, falling back into council ownership in 2019. It remains mothballed as a venue.
