The Office for National Statistics have released data that shows that on the whole the number of claimants is dropping, despite the jobless total being at a 15-year-high.

Whilst Preston, Wyre & Preston North, and the Fylde require a reasonably large percentage of voters to change their minds based on the last election; the South Ribble and Ribble Valley constituencies should be very closely contested – and could go right down to the wire.
