Fire crews have closed off part of Preston city centre as they tackle a blaze.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service has three crews on the scene around Avenham Street and stretching across to Glovers Court and Old Cock Yard.
Part of Church Street near Hopwoods is closed off by emergency services.

Blog Preston understands the fire is closed to Avenham Street where demolition work has been taking place after a building was declared unsafe in recent weeks.
The fire started around 3.20pm on Saturday (10 May). The scene was all clear by around 4.30pm.
Preston Police are also on the scene. A spokesperson confirmed they had been called and an investigation was ongoing.
A spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting log 0886 of 10th May.”
