Two children have been taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries after a crash on New Hall Lane.
Police were called to New Hall Lane at around 1.14pm today (22 March) to reports of a crash.
Officers from Lancashire Constabulary, North West Ambulance Service and the air ambulance attended after it was found that a Nissan Juke car had been in a collision with a woman in her 30s and two young children.

The children are in hospital but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, police said. New Hall Lane has since reopened.
