Several play areas are set to go through maintenance work in March, according to Preston City Council.
It is set to be ongoing throughout March.
Work including painting has already started on Conway Park and Moor Park, Fulwood and upcoming maintenance is expected to take place at Haslam Park’s multi use games areas.

The work will include, painting play equipment, and ball court fencing, and will be carried out by Holden Building Solutions.
In a statement, the city council said: “The areas will be temporarily closed whilst work is being carried out. All work should be completed by the end of March, weather dependent.”
