The M6 is closed northbound and partially southbound after a HGV collided with the central reservation, police have confirmed.
Emergency services were called to the scene between junction 31 and 32 on the M6 northbound after a HGV collided with the central reservation at around 1pm today (10 March).
A man, understood to be the driver of the lorry, is receiving treatment.

The northbound carriageway, and two lanes on the southbound carriageway, remain closed due to the incident.
Traffic is stretching as far back as junction 29 heading northbound and there are severe delays.
A spokesperson for police said: “We received a report of an HGV colliding with the central reservation of the M6 between J31 and J32 at around 1pm today.
“A man is receiving treatment. The northbound carriageway, and two lanes of the southbound carriageway are closed.”
