Motorbike and car involved in Preston Docks junction crash

A biker had minor injuries after a crash at Preston Docks on Sunday.

Preston Police closed Watery Lane for around an hour while the road was cleared.

A car and motorbike were involved in the crash on the stretch between the Strand Road junction and Portway turn for the Docks in Ashton-on-Ribble.

A spokesperson for police said there were minor injuries to those involved.

The crash took place around 12.55pm on Sunday (16 February) and the road re-opened shortly after 2pm.
