A string of burglaries where designer clothes, jewellery and electrical items were taken has seen a man arrested as investigations continue.
John Stoddard, 53, of Ryde Street, Hull, has appeared at Preston Magistrates’ Court charged with four counts of burglary.
The incidents took place in Preston city centre between December last year and January.

Preston Police say items worth £20,000 were taken.
Stoddard was arrested in Yorkshire during Wednesday 12 February and appeared in court on Thursday 13 February.
