A community health and well-being day was held at Preston Community Hub, and was organised and hosted by a local GP.

The GP of Stonyhill Medical Practice in Blackpool, Dr Faheem Shakur, raised £589 through donations to Rosemere Cancer Foundation, through this event.

The event offered day-long drop-ins with weight and blood pressure checks, diabetes screenings, health advice from professionals and seminars.
