Dad bemused and baffled after ‘Fake Taxi’ spotted in Much Hoole

A dad was left baffled after spotting a vehicle most commonly associated with the adult entertainment industry parked up in South Ribble.

The man, who asked to remain anonymous, was out walking on Monday, 17 February when he spotted the black cab with distinctive ‘Fake Taxi’ livery close to Liverpool Road in Much Hoole.

The taxi, in which one might expect to see the filming of pornographic content involving a taxi driver for the ‘Fake Taxi’ channel, was parked up at Longton Test Centre at around 6pm.

The dad, who lives in Penwortham, told Blog Preston: “I had no idea what Fake Taxi was so I had to give it a Google and I was baffled about what it was doing in Much Hoole of all places.

“I suppose even porn cars need a good service every now and then but it was a proper shock on my Monday evening walk.”

Blog Preston contacted Longton Test Centre but did not receive a response in time for publication.
