Busy Ashton-on-Ribble junction re-opens after two-car crash

A busy Ashton-on-Ribble road and junction was closed due to a crash.

Preston Police have closed Tulketh Brow outside Rhodes House between where it meets Waterloo Road and Watery Lane.

The road has delays in both directions as police direct traffic and two cars are involved.

The crash took place shortly after 2.30pm on Friday (7 February). The road re-opened around 6pm on Friday.

A police spokesperson said the crash is a ‘minor injury collision’.

North West Ambulance Service is also at the scene.
