Work has been taking place across the Lancaster Road North, Old Vicarage, Tithebarn Street and Ormskirk Road areas since last summer.

And further night-time closures from 8pm to 6am of the Ormskirk Road and North Road junction is planned from Wednesday 15 January to Friday 24 January.
Work at the Ormskirk Road junction has also been linked to the entry and exit for the new Animate complex car parking once completed.
