Robbery of vape shop in Fishergate triggers police appeal

Preston Police want to speak to a young boy as part of their investigation into a robbery in Fishergate.

The incident happened on 8 December 2024 at the Power Vape shop in the city centre.

Update: Police said during Saturday morning a boy had been identified and would be spoken to in relation to the incident. The public are thanked for their assistance.

Police have released a photo during Friday (31 January) on social media of the boy they would like to speak to.

They said: “Since it happened, a number of enquiries have taken place and now we are asking for your help to trace him.

“If you recognise him, please contact 101 – quoting log 0933 of 8th December 2024 – or email 3481@lancashire.police.uk”
