Firefighters have been tackling a garden waste fire which went out of control in Ingol.
Crews were called to Tag Lane during Monday (30 December) afternoon.
It’s understood a bonfire at a property flared and threatened nearby properties.

The fire took place around 3pm on Monday in the garden of a property close to Ingol shops at Ventnor Place.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they sent crews from Fulwood and Penwortham to attend a fire which had spread to a shed.
Crews were on scene for around 35 minutes.
