A mosque in Fulwood is holding an open day to encourage people to learn about their religion and to make a connection with the community.

Masjid-e-Salaam Mosque on Watling Street Road will hold the free day on Sunday 1st December where everyone is welcome to drop-in.
From 10:30 until 2pm visitors can expect a guided tour, displays and refreshments.

Sharoe Green ward councillor Connor Dwyer said these events have been ‘warmly received across the community’ in the past and it’s a ‘brilliant opportunity to learn and reach out as a community’.
Modest clothing is recommended and head or shoulder coverings can be provided for women.
