Motorists using the A59 are being warned of delays after a crash at Tarleton.
The bridge over the River Douglas is currently shut – known as Bank Bridge – due to the crash which took place shortly after 10am.
South Ribble Police said to Blog Preston it is a ‘minor collision’ but the road is likely to be closed for some time to allow for recovery of the vehicles. The road re-opened around 11.20am.

Croston is expected to be busier than usual during Tuesday (26 November) morning as drivers are diverted via the country roads between Tarleton and Much Hoole.
