Preston residents living close to the fire at an abandoned building are being told to keep windows and doors shut.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service remains in attendance in Church Street after a major fire ripped through an abandoned building.

The fire is behind the former Old Dog Inn on the row of buildings known as St John’s Row.

Road closures were in place throughout the Church Street area as fire crews worked to bring the fire under control.
Church Street was shut between Lancaster Road and Manchester Road.
Manchester Road was shut between Church Street and Shepherd Street.
And Shepherd Street was shut up to Rose Street.
Preston Police said all road closures were lifted shortly before 6am on Wednesday (13 November).
Anyone living nearby who can see or smell smoke is being told by the fire service to close windows and doors.
A spokesperson also said: “The drone is in attendance at this incident so please do not fly any drones in the area as you may obstruct emergency operations.”
The fire started shortly before 6.30pm and sent flames into the night’s sky in Preston city centre.
