A grade II listed property in Garstang is set to become and restaurant and bar after planning approval was granted.
The premises, which was built in 1741, spans 11, 12 and 13 High Street, Garstang.
Garstang-based architecture and planning firm, Graham Anthony Associates, announced the plans.

It said: “Planning and listed building consent [is] now granted for a new bar/restaurant on Garstang High Street.
“The development will include a glazed side extension and a host of internal alterations that will secure the buildings’ future use.
“This project raised a host of complexities including the conservation area setting and the Grade II listed status of the property itself which dates back to 1741.
“[We are] delighted to see private investment coming to the town centre and can’t wait to support the business once open.”
More specific details are likely to emerge in the coming months about who is behind the project.
