Search underway for missing 15-year-old boy with links to Preston

A search is underway for a teenage boy with links to Preston who is missing.

John Junior Carmichael, 15, also goes by the name JJ, is also wanted by police who wish to speak with him in relation to breach of bail offences.

He was reported missing on September 10 and has links to Blackpool and Lytham, as well as Preston.

Police are asking that you call 999 if you see him.

A spokesperson for police said: “John is 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with brown hair and a fringe.

“He was last seen wearing an orange t shirt, grey sweater, black puffer jacket, black Nike joggers, black Nike trainers, and a black baseball cap.

“He is also wanted and we want to speak to him in relation to breach of bail offences.”

If you have any information as to where he might be or for previous sightings, call police on 101 quoting log 1179 of 10th September.
