Concern is growing for a pensioner who has gone missing from Ashton-on-Ribble.

Audrey Field, 89, was last seen on Blackpool Road.

Update: Police say Audrey was found safe and well on Tuesday lunchtime and thanked the public for sharing the appeal

Preston Police say they are ‘really concerned’ for Audrey who is 4’10” and has short grey hair.

She may appear confused if approached.

She was last seen wearing a dark coat with a red fleece lining and has a brown walking stick with her.

Audrey has links to Preston – in particular the Haslam Park area – and also to Poulton-le-Fylde.

Anyone who sees Audrey should call 999.

Anyone with information on where she could be should call police on 101.
