A new Thai restaurant is set to open in Ashton-on-Ribble.
Thai Ends Modern Thai Cuisine is in the process of setting up at what was formerly Clockwork Bistro on Tulketh Brow.
Thai Ends currently doesn’t have an opening date but renovation work on the unit appears mostly complete and owners described it as ‘just around the corner’ and expected in October.

The restaurant will be led by the same chef that runs the ever-popular Fry Inn Fish & Chips on Watkin Lane in Lostock Hall, which owner Martin James said will not be closing.
The Fry Inn offers a traditional fish and chips menu but is best known for its extensive Thai menu that includes the option to pick a spice level at 0-10 for all ‘salt and pepper’ options.
Clockwork Bistro opened at the site in December 2023 with Shane Whitaker as chef director offering traditional home-cooked pub-style food.
The food was highly-rated by customers but the eatery ultimately closed earlier this year.
