Concern growing for 57-year-old man last seen outside Miller Arcade

A man who is wanted on recall to prison was last seen outside the Miller Arcade.
Preston Police say they are concerned for the welfare of Nigel Ogden.
The 57-year-old was last seen around 1pm on Wednesday 4 September.

He is of large build and has overgrown hair which is greying according to police.
Ogden was last seen wearing a dark blue jumper.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 999.
Anyone with information on where he might be should call 101 quoting log 0186 of 5 September.
