Moor Park’s transformation into a festival venue has continued at pace this weekend.
Staging has been going up with a giant crane lifting the BBC Radio 2 In The Park stage into place.
Pictures show the giant green wall now up around the festival site in what will be the largest event to be held in the city for more than a decade.
Around 60,000 people are expected across the two days in the park for the festival with the likes of Pet Shop Boys, Travis, Snow Patrol and Pixie Lott performing. See the full line-up.
Work on creating the festival site began shortly before the August Bank Holiday weekend as it takes more than two weeks for all the infrastructure for the festival to be put in place.
Signs are up around Moor Park warning of road closures on the Friday (6 September), Saturday (7 September) and Sunday (8 September) daytime and evenings.
A map of the festival site can be seen below along with where roads will be closed
