Two teenage boys have been sentenced for a string of attempted burglaries across Preston.
In the early hours of Tuesday (27 August) morning police were informed of people trying house and car doors in Fulwood and Frenchwood.
Two 17-year-old boys were arrested in Frenchwood and another 16-year-old was arrested in Fulwood.

The 17-year-old boys from Preston have been charged with three counts of attempted burglary and two counts of interfering with a vehicle.
Both pleaded guilty in court today (28 August).
One was sentenced to 12 months in a Youth Detention Centre whilst the other was given to a 12-month Youth Offending Team referral.

The 16-year-old boy has been released on bail whilst police investigate further.
