A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after an incident on the Flag Market that saw a toddler knocked over by a motorbike.
Two people were seen riding a motorbike through the middle of the SpudBros queue earlier this month. A toddler – who was not injured – was knocked the floor in the incident at around midday on 14 August.
Those riding the bike then left the scene rather than check on the youngster.

A 15-year-old boy from Preston has now been arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary, failing to stop after an accident and aggravated vehicle taking, Blog Preston understands.
The boy is still in custody.
Blog Preston understands that the bike being ridden in the incident had been taken from a property in Fulwood.
