The SpudBros told Blog Preston: “Making a music song and video is a dream come true – we travelled to Metropolis studios in London to record the song and the video shoot was so much fun. There is serious message behind the song and we are delighted to support the Samaritans.”
Ant Llewellyn-Harris, founder and Chief Creative Officer at creator label We Create Popular says, “Being a content creator can be a surprisingly lonely career. Break The Night is a powerful pop anthem that creates connection through fun, music and dance. We’re bringing thousands of fans together as part of the project and have already experienced new friendships and connections being made.
“Shining a light on the incredible service Samaritans provide is a privilege. Loneliness knows no age or borders. Everyone goes through difficult times, but together, we light up the dark.”
Rachel Henderson, community fundraising lead at Samaritans said: “Loneliness can affect anyone, at any time so it’s great that Creator Universe are shining a spotlight on this important issue and the power of human connection to help. Funds raised from this single will help ensure Samaritans volunteers can continue to be there 24/7 for anyone struggling to cope, so best of luck to Creator Universe and fingers crossed for another number one!”
