Organisers are working hard to get everything ready for Grimsargh Field Day on Saturday.
With the parade forming the showpiece of the annual event, Preston Road and Whittingham Lane will be closed between noon and 2pm on Saturday (22 June) as the parade makes its way to the village green.
The parade will start at 1pm and move towards Grimsargh Green and, once there, there will be a range of activities and events to entertain all ages.

These include stalls, barbecue, live music, fairground rides, a raffle and even a dog show.
Grimsargh is the fourth of the local field days, following Goosnargh, Longridge and Ribchester.
