Penwortham man appears in court charged with Booths thefts

A Penwortham man has appeared in court charged with multiple thefts from a supermarket.

South Ribble Police said Booths in Penwortham was targeted between January and March this year with £500 worth of goods taken.

Paul Allen, 45, of Meadowbank, Penwortham, appeared at Preston Magistrates’ Court charged with six counts of theft.
