A man with links to the Callon estate and known as ‘Bagsy’ is on the run from prison.

Mark Baliga, 43, has absconded from HMP Thorn Cross near Warrington.

Preston Police say Baliga, who is also known as Mark Yates and ‘Bagsy’, should not be approached and is unlawfully at large.

He is from Preston and described as 5’9″, heavy build and has dark brown cropped hair.
