Man charged with theft from TKMaxx at Capitol Centre

A man has been charged after a theft from TKMaxx at the Capitol Centre.

South Ribble Police were called to the store during Sunday 19 May.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at the scene after a theft totalling almost £300. Police say headphones and handbags were the items taken.

Jason Nelson, 26, of no fixed abode, has been charged with one count of theft from a shop.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear before Preston Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (21 May).
